But he may have spoken a little too soon. A spokesperson for CBS Paramount told The ShowBuzz: "The report about Christina Aguilera is premature and we have no formal announcement at this time." The "CSI" franchise has tapped other musicians this season including John Mayer who appeared on the "CSI" season opener in August. The Who lead singer Roger Daltrey will be on "CSI's" Thanksgiving episode, playing a "mystery role," according to a press release. It's only fitting for Daltrey to appear on the show, since the show's theme song is The Who's 1978 hit, "Who Are You." Last week, Aguilera's album, "Back To Basics," was officially certified platinum in the U.K., Canada, Ireland, Australia, and Switzerland. Her hit single, "Aint No Other Man," was recently nominated for Best R&B song on the Peoples Choice Awards. The awards will air Jan. 9 on CBS. ©MMVI, CBS Broadcasting Inc.
